It could be a goal, a vision or just a bunch of ideas and abstractions but nurturing it and transforming it into usable forms can sometimes be arduous and complex. This is where our experience with managing ideas and realizing them comes handy. We are good at leveling the proverbial steep upward slope that takes an idea from concept to reality.

Our approach views innovation enablement as a 3 step ladder. These 3 steps are as follows:

  • Enrichment – Thinking through ideas clearly and defining them precisely is important. This phase is where one first understands the power and limits of an innovative idea. We usually conduct brainstorming sessions and use multiple hats analysis to separate the wheat from the sheaf and clearly define the implementable idea.
  • Experiment – Ideas can manifest through various means but the ones that excite us the most are those that leverage technology. Any idea enabled by technology needs to be researched and tried out a bit before its ready for use. This phase is where we indulge in active prototyping and pilot projects.
  • Realization – Once there is enough experimentation and learning based on that effort, its worthwhile to decide and choose the most preferred implementation option. We help you decide among alternatives. If required, we also bring in our application development and technology expertise to implement the desired solution.
